Information and Registration

Cost per Player

  • $115.00 - Includes flag belt, jersey, shorts and medal.

  • Late Fee- $35.00 added at end of registration

Winter Flag Football Season 2023

  • Games played on Saturdays

  • Registration Begins: November 1

  • Registration Ends: December 15

  • Practice could begin the week of January 9

  • Season Games: January 21 – March 4

  • Picture Day: Bartram Springs, February 11

Important Information

  • Mouth guard required.

  • Cleats are suggested.

  • Division Size Ball Recommended.

  • Black socks suggested.

  • Referees will be provided for all division play.

  • Consider Coaching. We need YOU! Head coaches and assistant coaches are on a volunteer basis. 

  • Team rosters are finalized up to 3 weeks after Registration ENDS. 

  • Parents will be contacted by the Coach to identify practice days and times.

  • Games are not rescheduled unless a 2nd cancellation to due weather.

  • Good Sportsmanship is REQUIRED.

  • 6U, 8U and 10U - Monday, Wednesday OR Thursday

  • 12U and 15U - Tuesday, Wednesday OR Friday 

  • (No Friday practice at Heritage Landing)

* The actual day and time will be decided by the Head Coach.            Please consider volunteering to coach.

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Head Coach:

Consider Coaching. We need Volunteer Coaches. We are dependent on Volunteer Coaches- this is how we operate to keep the costs down for everyone. Background Check and Child Safety Training are Required.

Receive a small discount/refund to volunteer as HEAD Coach. We are happy to assist you as Head Coach. Sign up to volunteer at time of registration.

  • Assistant Coach:

Consider assisting the Head Coach. No discount but lots of appreciation for supporting the Coach at practices and games. Especially, stepping in for the Coach if he may need a practice or game replacement.

  • Team Parent:  

If you'd love to help and be involved in another way, ask the Coach if he or she would like you to assist as a team parent. You could coordinate snacks for games and help Coach with team communication if needed. You could make sure kids shoes are tied and remind parents of upcoming events such as game time and location and picture day.
