Information and Registration

Winter Flag Football Registration has ended. 

Click HERE to Register with Athletic Director permission. A code is needed.

 Are you ready for some FOOTBALL!? We are excited to get the season started!

A special thank you to residents of Bartram Springs and Heritage Landing for hosting games for Amenity Athletics Winter Flag Football!

You do not need to live in Bartram Springs or Heritage Landing to play in our league. Everyone is Welcome! 

Cost per Player

  • $145.00 - Includes flag belt, jersey, shorts and medal.

  • Late Fee - $45.00 added after registration if there is room on a team.

Winter Flag Football Season

  • Games played on Saturdays at Bartram Springs and Heritage Landing. $10 Discount to residents for hosting games.

  • Registration Begins: November 1

  • Final day to Register: December 15

  • Practice could begin as early as January 6

  • Season Games: January 18 - March 1

  • Picture Day: February 8

Important Information

  • Mouth guards are highly recommended.

  • Cleats are suggested.

  • Division Size Ball required.

  • Black socks suggested.

  • Referees will be provided for all division play.

  • Consider Coaching. We need YOU! Head coaches and assistant coaches are on a volunteer basis. 

  • Team rosters are finalized one week after Registration ENDS. 

  • Parents will be contacted by Amenity Athletics with the Coach contact information.

  • The Coach decides practice days and times. 

  • Game Schedules are Final. No make-up games unless for 2nd Rain Out.

  • Good Sportsmanship is REQUIRED.

  • 8U Age 7 - 8

  • 10U Age 9 - 10

  • 12U Age 11, 12

  • 14U Age 13, 14

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Head Coach:

Consider Coaching. We need Volunteer Coaches. We are dependent on Volunteer Coaches- this is how we operate to keep the costs down for everyone. Background Check and Child Safety Training are Required.

Receive a small discount/refund to volunteer as HEAD Coach. We are happy to assist you as Head Coach. Sign up to volunteer at time of registration.

  • Assistant Coach:

Consider assisting the Head Coach. No discount but lots of appreciation for supporting the Coach at practices and games. Especially, stepping in for the Coach if they may need a practice or game replacement.​

​

  • Team Parent:  

If you'd love to help and be involved in another way, ask the Coach if he or she would like you to assist as a team parent. You could coordinate snacks for games and help Coach with team communication if needed. You could make sure kids shoes are tied and remind parents of upcoming events such as game time and location and picture day.

Amenity Athletics Payment and Refund Policy: 

Payment Policy: Must be made in order for your child to be placed on a team. If payment is not made your registration will be deleted. We will attempt to notify you first.

Payment MUST be made at the time of registration. If payment is not made at the time of registration, your registration will be deleted. 

​

Refund Policy:

A $35.00 service charge will be deducted from any refund that VESTA is not directly responsible for before the first season game. There are NO REFUNDS after the first game.  A refund will only be issued from VESTA directly and must be approved by Amenity Athletics.
